We signed our rental agreement today! Since I gave him the check today (as opposed to on move it) he gave us the key so we can begin moving a car-full of stuff over everyone once in a while, just knowing that he has a few small things to fix so he'll be in and out. Then, on July 1 or the day or two before since the 1st is a Sunday.
On another note, we're getting a cat! The landlord said it was okay for us to get a cat. Which is good, since Morgan's family is looking for a new home for one of her Mom's cats since it is getting picked on by another one of her Mom's cats. So, we're going to become a 2 pet family. One of my friends is allergic to cats, and we always talked about how if we did get a cat she would never be able to come over again, but since she's moving to NYC to live with another friend, it's a non-issue. I'm very excited! I can't wait to move it.
On a totally separate note, to Anne, the picture came out great! I think Toby is the cutest.

Her name is Dippy. She's "used" as Morgan puts it.
